Please read these Terms of Service (these Terms) carefully before you download, install or use the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. Your download, installation or use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should cease downloading, installing or using the App immediately.
Savant collects certain personal information from you when you access and use the Savant website or the App. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and other information only if provided by you. Savant also receives and records anonymous information from your browser, including your IP Address, the type of browser you are using, the URL you just came from, the URL you are going to, and any information or page(s) you request.
Savant may also use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of our site to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and to promote security. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. The suggestions and comments you offered Savant (“Feedback") shall be deemed as a transfer of all rights of the feedback and you agree that Savant has the right to use this feedback or any related information in a reasonable manner. We will treat this information as non-confidential and non-proprietary;
The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Savant disclaims all liability whatsoever, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to the App; and (b) all implied warranties, terms and conditions relating to the App (whether implied by statue, common law or otherwise), including (without limitation) any warranty, term or condition as to accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, performance, fitness for purpose or any special purpose, availability, non infringement, information accuracy, interoperability, quiet enjoyment and title are, as between Savant and you, hereby excluded. In particular, but without prejudice to the foregoing, we accept no responsibility for any technical failure of the internet and/or the App; or any damage or injury to users or their equipment as a result of or relating to their use of the App. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Savant will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), under statute or otherwise, as a result of or in connection with the App, for any: (i) economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or (ii) loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) special or indirect or consequential loss.
We reserves the right to suspend or cease providing any services relating to the App published by it, with or without notice, and shall have no liability or responsibility to you in any manner whatsoever if it chooses to do so.
